
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber (sliced thin)
 - 3 tbsp plain yogurt
 - 1 garlic clove (minced)
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt & pepper
 - Optional: dill or mint
 
Steps
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Add cucumber slices and toss well.
 - Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving. Optional: top with fresh herbs.
