Garlic Butter Chicken & Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps

  1. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden (6–8 minutes).
  4. Push chicken to one side. Add olive oil, zucchini, and bell pepper to the other side.
  5. Cook veggies for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Mix everything together and cook 2 more minutes until well coated.
  7. Serve warm — optional: add a squeeze of lemon on top.
