
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 2 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - Salt & pepper to taste
 - 1 zucchini (sliced)
 - 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 
Steps
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
 - Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
 - Add chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden (6–8 minutes).
 - Push chicken to one side. Add olive oil, zucchini, and bell pepper to the other side.
 - Cook veggies for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - Mix everything together and cook 2 more minutes until well coated.
 - Serve warm — optional: add a squeeze of lemon on top.
