
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice (cold or leftover)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- Optional: chopped green onions or frozen peas
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan, crack in the eggs, and scramble.
- Add rice and stir-fry for 2–3 mins.
- Add soy sauce and mix well. Toss in any extras if using. Done!
